Since 2023, we have deployed a logistics hub and made most of our inventory available at our warehouse in **Poland (European Union)**. If the item is in stock at this warehouse, delivery to other countries is as fast and secure as possible!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (FROM EUROPE)
WHY THIS SHIPPING COST IN 2024+?
We haven't raised prices on most items for 6-10 years, but due to inflation, we can no longer even partially cover logistics costs. Shipping electronics worldwide from Russia is incredibly difficult, and directly — absolutely impossible due to strict sanctions.
Our supply chain looks like this: Vologda → delivery to Moscow → in Moscow, our assistant hands over the cargo to a special driver → the driver transports it to Poland through several borders under near-military status (very expensive) → in Poland, our contact person takes over storage → for every post office visit and dispatch of your parcel, that person takes their commission.
Shipping cost is the net payment for this extremely complex chain. Thank you for your understanding.
CIS DELIVERY (FROM RUSSIA)
ASSEMBLY SPEED & TRACKING CODES
- Russia and Belarus: Dispatched daily. Provided payment and shipping details are received before 15:00 MSK — the parcel is guaranteed to be **sent the same day**.
- From Poland: Parcels are sent within 24-48 hours after payment (subject to our European partner's availability).
- Tracking: After dispatch, we always send you a photo of the receipt or invoice with the tracking number for monitoring on carrier websites.
CUSTOMS SECURITY (STEALTH)
Customs issues for international shipments are minimized. Over years of operation, we have developed all necessary measures so that you won't face questions when receiving parcels. Parcels are declared with a low value, disguised as common household devices (PowerBank, tools), and marked as Gift.
Not every single item from our inventory is always present at the Polish warehouse. This specifically applies to the **range of bags and shielding fabric products** (as they are custom-made).
